VIAM ROBOTIC ARM GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Viam, Inc., 1900 Broadway, FL 6, New York, NY 10023 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins JUNE 21, 2026, 6:00PM ET and ends JULY 31, 2026, 11:59PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter. Course registration is the required entry; the other two methods are optional bonus entries available only to entrants who have registered for the course.
(a) Course Registration (required — 1 entry): Register for the Viam 101 course by completing the form at viam.com/viam-101/early-access or course landing page available upon live course. This is the base entry; entrants must register to be eligible to win and to qualify for any bonus entries below.
(b) Viam App Account (optional — 1 bonus entry): Create an account at app.viam.com using the same email address used to register for the course.
(c) Social Post (optional — 1 bonus entry): Publish a public post about the Viam 101 course on LinkedIn, X, or Instagram that tags @viam and includes #Viam101. To claim this bonus entry, email a link to the published post to team@viam.com from the same email address used to register for the course. The post and the entrant's account must be public and must remain public through the end of the Entry Period. Entrants are encouraged to disclose the promotional nature of the post (e.g., #sweepstakes).
Limit one (1) entry per method, for a maximum of three (3) total entries per person. To allow bonus entries to be verified, all entries from a single entrant must be associated with the same email address used to register for the course. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by bots or automated means, or that cannot be verified by Sponsor are void. Sponsor's records are final for determining whether each qualifying action was completed.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a UFactory Lite 6 robotic arm. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $3,500 value. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty except as required by law. No cash equivalent or substitution, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 1, 2026. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days and must respond within 10 days with a valid mailing address (adhering to giveaway terms) to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, harm, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
11. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.viam.com/privacy.
12. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a request to team@viam.com after AUGUST 15, 2026.
14. Not Sponsored by Platform. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other social media platforms used for promotion.
15. Minimum Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fewer than 5 unique entries are received during the Entry Period, in which case no prize will be awarded. Notice of cancellation will be provided to entrants via the email address submitted at registration.
